Classic HIIT Classes
Our Classic HIIT classes offer a complete cardio workout on the treads. After our warm-up and stretching, we keep things exciting and challenging by varying the workout, using intervals, speed, incline, and intensity. Each class finishes with a complete cool down and stretch.
The Classic is offered in 45, 55 and 75 (Ultra) minute sessions.
Combo Class
Strength Class
The Combo class, our most popular, is a mix of cardio and strength. Each workout will offer a different tread and strength focus. This class is guaranteed to provide a fun and efficient workout.
Combo Classes are offered in 45, 55 & 75 minute sessions.
Our Strength class focuses on strength training. After a nine minute warm-up and stretch on our treads. We use a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to get your strength workout in.

Tread & Flow
Evolving Class Formats
We are one of the only studios in Pittsburgh to offer a mix of cardio on the tread and restorative yoga, following your cardio work. During class you can expect an equal amount of cardio and yoga, walking away feeling accomplished and restored.
HIIT & Flow may be offered in 60 or 75 minute sessions.
