Our Classes
Combo Class
The Combo class, our most popular, is a mix of cardio and strength. Each workout offers different cardio and strength focuses. This class is guaranteed to provide an efficient and fun workout! Time flies when you mix it up in the Combo.
Combo Classes are offered in 45, 55 & 75 minute sessions.
Strength Class
Our Strength class focuses on strength training with a combination of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to build muscle and tone. After a nine minute active warm-up and stretch on our treads, the fun begins!
Strength Classes are offered in 45 & 55 minute sessions.
Classic Cardio Class
Our Classic Cardio class offers a complete cardio workout on the treads. After our warm-up and stretching, we keep things exciting and challenging by varying the workout, using intervals, speed, incline, and intensity, with a good dose of recovery in between. Each class finishes with a complete cool down and stretch.
The Classic is offered in 45, 55 & 75 (Ultra) minute sessions.
Tread & Flow
STUDIO 39 is one of the only studios in Pittsburgh to offer a mix of cardio on the tread and restorative yoga, following your cardio work. During class you can expect equal amounts of cardio and yoga, to walk away feeling accomplished and restored.
Tread & Flow may be offered in 60 or 75 minute sessions.
